Bu oyun hakkında

Holy Steps is a free-roam climb up an infinite heavenly staircase. Run, sprint and jump with full 3D movement — there are no lanes and no autoscroller — while the score counts every step you gain and loses every step you give back. Reach the goal gate and the run celebrates; get driven all the way back to the bottom and it ends.

The staircase is the arena for your audience. Gifts roll lit bombs down the flight, scatter clusters of small ones, glaze whole stretches in ice that sweeps you back down, and send bighorn rams charging three abreast. One gift fights for you: angel wings that sprout mid-run and fly you back up the flight, twenty steps at a time — exactly what a ram charge takes off.

Everything that matters is decided on the ScrollPlay server: the score, the goal, what every gift is worth, and whether a hit actually connected. Dodging a bomb genuinely costs the viewer their gift — the damage is priced on contact, not on send.

Gameplay: a climb your chat can bury or bless

Holy Steps flips the usual runner formula: the game itself throws nothing at you. Every hazard on the staircase was bought by a viewer, and every rescue too, so the run's difficulty is literally your audience's mood. A quiet chat is a calm climb; a busy one is a firefight fought one flight at a time.

Movement is genuinely free — an orbit camera and full ground control, so you dodge by actually moving, not by switching lanes. Bombs can be outrun, ice can be climbed against, and the ram is the one thing that always lands, which is exactly why it costs the most.

Built for TikTok Live

Holy Steps runs in the ScrollPlay browser or Windows launcher with a live connection to your TikTok stream. The game refuses to run without a verified session, and the server — not the game window — owns the score, the goal, every gift amount and every hit, with a session nonce on every action.

That means a tampered client can't inflate a score on stream, a forged gift can't out-earn a real one, and the number your audience watches climb is the number the server counted.

Holy Steps — frequently asked questions

Is Holy Steps included in the free launcher?

The launcher is free, but Holy Steps itself is a Play Pass game and needs an active subscription to unlock. Nothing is charged to your viewers, who take part with gifts through TikTok. If you want a free game on the same launcher, DEFUSE! and Jello Merge do not need a Play Pass.

How do gifts work in Holy Steps?

There are four built-in attacking actions and one that fights for you. A bomb rolls down the flight and costs eight steps, a cluster scatters five small ones at four steps a blast, an ice sheet glazes the stairs for fourteen, and a ram charge takes twenty. The one gift on your side is angel wings, worth twenty steps — exactly what a ram charge takes, so the two cancel out. Streamers can set their own number instead, or switch on a dynamic heal that sizes itself from how far behind the run has fallen.

If I dodge a bomb, does the viewer still get their effect?

They get the spectacle, but not the damage. The negative gifts put a thing on the staircase and move no score at all when they land — the cost is only booked if that bomb, ice sheet or ram actually reaches the climber. That is what makes dodging genuine counterplay, and it is also why the ram is the most expensive: it is the one hazard with no way around it.

Can my audience actually end a run, or only slow it down?

They can end it. Steps come off the score as well as onto it, and a run driven all the way back down to the bottom of the flight is over; reaching the goal gate is the other way it finishes. Movement is fully free with an orbit camera, so between those two ends you are dodging by genuinely moving rather than by switching lanes.

How is the score tracked while I'm being knocked down the stairs?

The score is measured in steps and the ScrollPlay server owns it — the game window renders optimistically and gets corrected whenever the two disagree. The server also audits your climbing pace against the fastest the character can physically move, prices every gift, and detects the goal itself, so the celebration fires off its tally and not the client's.
