The clips you've seen are a live-stream format, not a phone app: the streamer plays a road-crossing arcade game on their PC while their TikTok audience interacts through gifts. A helping gift carries the chicken up the map; a sabotage throws it back into traffic it already survived. The row counter on screen is the score, so the audience is literally deciding the number everyone came to watch.
