About This Game

Flap Score is a hoop-flapping game for TikTok LIVE: a winged basketball sails down a city alley and you tap to flap it through a never-ending run of hoops that tilt, bob and swing as the street climbs toward the dawn, and every make drops down through the net. Leave Autoplay on and it flaps by itself while you talk to chat — it misses about one 25-hoop stretch in five, and a miss just sends the ball at the same hoop again (or back to the last gold hoop, if you switch that rule on) — or tap to take over. The big number on stream is the HOOPS passed, and it is the score; the course itself is streamed from the ScrollPlay game server, so no two runs are the same.

Every gift is priced in hoops both ways, so the number you set in Studio IS how far the ball moves — a help and a hurt sized the same cancel out exactly. A Finger Heart sends an Alley-Oop that carries the ball eight hoops forward under the gifter's face, while pigeons, flowerpots, a mascot, a dumpster and a window-cleaner's scaffold bonk it back — even past the start line. A Leon the Kitten Buzzer Beater fires it 40 hoops ahead from a rooftop cannon. Likes cheer it forward a hoop at a time and every new follower bonks it back one.

When someone sends a Galaxy, a grand piano drops on the ball and a rescue countdown starts: one Movers gift in time lifts it off, otherwise the piano wheels the ball back and always takes at least 16 hoops. Reach the goal and hold the line for five seconds to bank a win. The hoops, the goal and every gift amount are computed server-side.

TikTok Gifts

Audience Gift Mapping

Carry it forward

Finger Heart
Alley-Oop — A teammate lobs the ball and golden wings carry it 8 hoops forward.
Hand Heart
Movers — During the piano's window: the movers lift it off, nothing lost. Any other time: they wheel the ball 8 hoops forward.
Leon the Kitten
Buzzer Beater — A rooftop cannon launches the ball in a flaming arc 40 hoops forward.
Likes
Cheer — A kid chest-passes the ball 1 hoop forward. Ships on audience LIKES (every 20) rather than a gift.

Bonk it back

Rose
Pigeon Flock — A flock bursts through the alley and bonks the ball 1 hoop back.
Gold Boxing Gloves
Flowerpot — A flowerpot drops from a window and knocks the ball 2 hoops back.
Doughnut
Mascot Swat — A giant mascot volleys the ball 3 hoops back.
Confetti
Dumpster — A dumpster rolls in and shoves the ball 5 hoops back.
Money Gun
Window Cleaner — A window-cleaner scaffold swipes the ball 8 hoops back.
Galaxy
Piano Drop — A grand piano drops on the ball: unless chat sends Movers within 10 s it is wheeled back to the start line — and it always takes at least 16 hoops, never gives any. Each extra piano while one is coming takes 16 more.
Follow
Heckler — A neighbour bonks the ball 1 hoop back. Ships on every new FOLLOW rather than a gift.

These are the default bindings; a gift with no action bound to it does nothing. Every amount is in hoops and is owned by the ScrollPlay server: a help and a hurt of the same size cancel exactly, and a hurt can carry the ball back past the start line. Streamers can rebind any gift or create custom actions in Studio Mode.

Gameplay: a run your chat can help or sabotage

Flap Score turns a tap-to-flap classic into something chat plays with you. A winged basketball sails down a city alley and flaps through a never-ending run of hoops that tilt, bob and swing, and the number on screen is the hoops it has passed. Every 25th hoop is a huge gold milestone on a beam of light. A miss costs nothing by default — the ball just goes at the same hoop again — and streamers who want higher stakes can make a miss send it back to the last gold hoop.

Gifts make it a tug of war. A Finger Heart carries the ball eight hoops forward under the gifter's face while pigeons, flowerpots, a mascot, a dumpster and a window-cleaner's scaffold bonk it back, and a Galaxy drops a grand piano on the ball unless chat pays for the Movers in time. As the hoops pile up, the alley climbs from the street to the rooftops, the clouds and the dawn.

Built for TikTok Live streamers

Autoplay is on by default, so Flap Score is a game you can leave running while you read chat. It still misses about one 25-hoop stretch in five, so a run never looks automatic. Studio Mode shows every action with its default gift, lets you rebind them, set your own amounts and test-fire them before you go live, and the same overlay widgets and scenes work as in every other ScrollPlay game.

FAQ

Flap Score — frequently asked questions

Is Flap Score free, or do I need a Play Pass?

Flap Score is a Play Pass game, so it needs an active subscription on your ScrollPlay account. The launcher itself is a free Windows download, and your viewers are never charged anything beyond the gifts they choose to send.

Do I have to tap the whole time?

No. Autoplay is on by default and the ball flaps by itself, though it misses about one 25-hoop stretch in five; by default a miss costs nothing and the ball just goes at that hoop again. Tap, click or press space to take over, or turn Autoplay off in the game's settings.

What is the piano?

A Galaxy drops a grand piano on the ball and starts a ten-second countdown asking chat for the Movers gift. Send it in time and the movers lift the piano off with nothing lost; otherwise the ball is wheeled back to the start line, and the piano always takes at least 16 hoops.

How do I win?

Reach the goal and hold the lead for five seconds to bank a win, then keep climbing toward the dawn. Every hoop, the goal and every gift amount are counted by the ScrollPlay game server.

Can I play Flap Score in the browser?

Yes. Flap Score plays in your browser on the ScrollPlay web launcher with the same account, and in the free ScrollPlay launcher for Windows.
