Refunds, cancellations, and our promise
Cancel anytime from your profile — one click, no phone calls. You keep Play Pass access through the end of the current billing period, then your subscription stops cleanly. We don’t pro-rate refunds for partial months, but if you were charged unexpectedly (duplicate billing, accidental renewal after cancellation, or a technical failure) email contactisaiahyoung@gmail.com within 14 days and we’ll refund the charge in full.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your profile from the launcher or the website, click Manage Subscription, and cancel in one step. You keep access through the end of the billing period.
Do I need a TikTok Live account to play?
No — the games are fully playable without TikTok Live. The TikTok gift integration is a streaming feature for creators who want their audience to influence gameplay in real time.
How do access keys work?
Access keys are alternative entry codes in the format SP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. If a streamer, partner, or community has shared one with you, paste it into the redeem field on the Play Pass card to activate Play Pass without a card.
What platforms are supported?
ScrollPlay is currently Windows-only — Windows 10 or later. macOS and Linux support are on the roadmap.
