How do I reset my password?
Click on 'Sign In' in the navigation, then select 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
The launcher won't start. What should I do?
For browser games, update your browser and reload the launcher. Check that 3D graphics are available and close other demanding tabs. For the Windows app, check whether antivirus blocked the installer or try reinstalling from the download page. Contact support with your device, browser and game name if the problem continues.
How do I download games?
After signing into the launcher, browse the game library and click 'Download' on any game. The game will be downloaded and installed automatically.
Why do games require an internet connection?
ScrollPlay games stay connected to our servers so viewer gifts sync in real time during your stream. That means a constant internet connection is required to play.
Is ScrollPlay free to use?
The ScrollPlay launcher is free to download and use. Individual games may be free or premium depending on the developer's choice.
