About This Game

Helix Drop is a hold-to-smash tower game for TikTok LIVE. A glossy ball bounces on top of a tall spinning tower of candy-coloured rings; hold to smash and it tears down through ring after ring in a shower of shards. Dark segments can't be smashed — hit one while holding and the ball cracks back up two floors. Autoplay is on by default: it smashes over the safe segments and lets go over the dark ones while you talk to chat. The big number on stream is FLOORS, how far down the tower the ball is, and it is the score.

Every gift is priced in floors, in both directions, so the number you set in Studio is exactly how far a gift moves the ball. A Finger Heart turns it into a fireball wearing the gifter's face that tears 30 floors down; springs, jelly pads, updrafts, balloons and a rocket fling it back up while the smashed rings snap back together. There is no floor at zero: push the ball above the start and it climbs real tower, with the number in red. Likes and follows knock it down for free.

A Galaxy brings THE BUILDER, a giant robot with the sender's face on its chest screen, who grabs the ball in its claw. A ten-second countdown asks for one Smash Back gift to burst the claw open; if nobody sends it, the tower is rebuilt over the ball and it goes back to the start ring. Reach the gold pad at the bottom and hold it for five seconds to beat the tower — and the next tower rises at once. The tower, the floor count, the goal and every gift amount come from the ScrollPlay game server.

Drop the ball

Finger Heart
fireball — a comet with the sender's face sets the ball ablaze: 30 floors down
Hand Heart
Smash Back — bursts THE BUILDER's claw open with nothing lost; any other time, a golden drill bores the ball 30 floors down
Leon the Kitten
meteor — a huge flaming meteor punches the ball 150 floors down the tower
Follow
kick — a sneaker with the new follower's face kicks the ball 3 floors down
Likes
nudge — every 20 likes, a little heart taps the ball 1 floor down

Fling it back up

Rose
spring — pops out of the ring and flicks the ball 1 floor back up
Gold Boxing Gloves
jelly pad — catches the ball and flings it 3 floors up
Doughnut
updraft — a spiral gust carries the ball 8 floors up
Confetti
balloon lift — a bunch of balloons floats the ball 15 floors up
Money Gun
rocket — straps onto the ball and blasts it 30 floors up
Galaxy
THE BUILDER — grabs the ball; unless chat sends Smash Back within ten seconds, the tower is rebuilt over it and the ball goes back to the start ring (always at least 60 floors lost)

These are the default bindings; a gift with no action bound to it drops the ball by its price. Every amount is FLOORS and is owned by the ScrollPlay server: a help and a hurt of the same size cancel exactly. Streamers can rebind any gift or create custom actions in Studio Mode.

Gameplay: a tower your chat fights over

Helix Drop takes the hold-to-smash ball-down-the-helix format from mobile games — smash the bright rings, stay off the dark ones — and hands the ball's depth to your viewers. Every level is a new tower in new colours, with dark arcs that wind around it as it spins, and every gift is a prop you can see: a fireball, a spring, a jelly pad, a bunch of balloons, a rocket.

Because every gift is a number of floors, the score is honest in both directions: the viewers dropping the ball and the viewers flinging it back up are playing against each other with the same number. When a hurt lifts the ball, the rings it had smashed fly back in and snap together as it passes — every setback is something the whole stream watches happen.

Built for TikTok Live streamers

Autoplay is on by default, so Helix Drop is a game you can leave running while you read chat. The finish is a chat moment of its own: land on the gold pad and it takes five seconds to win, and a single hurt that lifts the ball off it breaks the hold. Studio Mode shows every action with its default gift, lets you rebind them, set your own amounts and test-fire them before you go live, and the same overlay widgets and scenes work as in every other ScrollPlay game.

FAQ

Helix Drop — frequently asked questions

Is Helix Drop free, or do I need a Play Pass?

Helix Drop is a Play Pass game, so it needs an active subscription on your ScrollPlay account. The launcher itself is a free Windows download, and your viewers are never charged anything beyond the gifts they choose to send.

Do I have to hold the button the whole time?

No. Autoplay is on by default: it smashes over the breakable segments and lets go over the dark ones, so it never cracks. Hold the button yourself whenever you want to take over, or turn Autoplay off in the game's settings.

What does THE BUILDER do?

A Galaxy brings THE BUILDER, a giant robot that grabs the ball in its claw. A ten-second countdown asks chat for the Smash Back gift; send it in time and the claw bursts open with nothing lost. Otherwise the tower is rebuilt over the ball and it goes back to the start ring, always losing at least 60 floors.

How do you win a tower?

Reach the goal floor — 1,000 by default, or a preset from 250 to 5,000 — and the ball lands on a gold pad. Hold it for five seconds to beat the tower; a hurt that lifts the ball off the pad breaks the hold. A win counts on the Studio win counter and the next tower rises at once.

Can I play Helix Drop in the browser?

Not yet. Helix Drop runs in the ScrollPlay desktop launcher for Windows.
